Who We’re Looking for

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Vice President of Marketing who will take a lead role in continuing to accelerate our growth in the K-12 education market. You think of marketing’s role in the organization holistically, touching every aspect of the sales process and customer experience. You use a data-driven approach for lead generation for sales, encompassing new prospects, existing prospects and customers. You’re equally comfortable working as a peer with other leadership team members and rolling up your sleeves with a tight-knit marketing team. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.

  • Cultivate a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation, transparency, and accountability.

  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment between product, engineering, design, and other teams.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing performance and measure the success of initiatives.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership on product strategy, development progress, and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a SaaS company; EdTech experience a plus

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, content creation, event marketing, and product marketing.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

The salary range for this role will be $170,000 to $250,000 DOE.
