Who We’re Looking for

As a Sr. Analyst Revenue Operations, you will support ParentSquare by playing a crucial role in supporting the Revenue Operations Team. You will be developing and delivering data-driven insights that impact critical business decisions. You will own reporting and analytics processes for the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, ensuring actionable insights are readily available to drive performance and growth. You will work closely with multiple departments, using HubSpot, Salesforce, and other analytics tools to measure and optimize initiatives, track ROI, and provide forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of reporting and analytics processes across the Revenue Operations Team.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key metrics, including sales & marketing channel performance, sales funnel health, customer retention, and churn rates.

  • Ensure comprehensive ROI analysis of various initiatives across the business, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate with and serve as a thought partner to stakeholders in Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on KPIs and metrics.

  • Leverage HubSpot and Salesforce data and integrate with other analytics platforms to ensure comprehensive reporting.

  • Work with SQL and other tools to query data, create ad-hoc reports, and dive deep into complex datasets to provide insights.

  • Support leadership with forecasting, trend analysis, and insights into performance vs. targets.

  • Continuously improve data processes, reporting accuracy, and timeliness to support business growth.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders on best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a reporting and analytics role, preferably in the software or technology sector.

  • Strong experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM and reporting, with the ability to leverage HubSpot data for insights preferred.

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and generating reports preferred.

  • Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, with a solid understanding of how these functions intersect in Revenue Operations.

  • Proven ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with data visualization tools and other analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Desire to learn about the education technology industry and accommodate industry specific requirements in reporting and analytics.

Salary for this role will range between $105,000 and $130,000, DOE
