Who We’re Looking for

You have a deep understanding of ParentSquare’s platform and features and are as comfortable explaining various use cases to prospects to help our sales team close sales opportunities with prospective clients. As a Solutions Engineer, you have the unique ability to have a foot in both sales and product user cases while providing support to sales throughout prospect stage development. Most importantly, you’re someone who shares in our passion to improve the lives of students through communication. 

This role will include:

  • Accompanying sales team member to complement and support demo’s to various stakeholders groups
  • Understanding a vast variety of SIS integrations to include understanding how they work alongside ParentSquare (as limitations, if any)
  • Creating and managing demo sandbox accounts.  
  • Articulating and creating a solution-oriented approach to all the technologies ParentSquare can replace.
  •  Being well versed in data integration requirements
  • Understanding the value proposition of ParentSquare and be able to articulate alternate work flows from existing technologies.  
  • Staying current on new product/feature development
  • Supporting strategic implementations as capacity allows through onboarding and launch

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a solutions-orientated role 
  • Strong technical knowledge that can be leveraged during sales demo’s
  • Proven experience in driving sales and helping close sales efforts
  • Have an understanding of sales objectives along with an understanding of how ParentSquare can solve common district challenges, solutions vs features

The salary range for this role will be $85,000 to $110,000 DOE.
